Not sure who bought the Clayface wave, but I did and it’s a pretty decent one overall. I was most excited to see Clayface (which is gloriously huge!) and GL Jessica Cruz (of which I’m underwhelmed with).

I think it has to do with Mattel’s decisions to change the female buck. Both Jessica and Batwoman share the same sculpt, which I feel needs to improve.
CONS:
1) big gap between the upper leg and the pelvis
2) the lower torso is stretched too long
3) it has droopy boobies (not being sexist at all, just commenting on the “sad” look to them design-wise; could’ve made them “perkier” without going overboard)
4) large gap between back of neck and upper back
5) should’ve used double-joints for the elbows too

PROS:
1) great paint apps
2) overall works well and fits in with the DCUC line
3) great accessories and keep them coming!
4) double-jointed knees!
5) keep the capes flexible!

Overall it’s a solid wave and Mattel has been making great strides (in their design as well as reference material) to get back to the DCUC but they have A LOT of room for improvement if they want to catch up with Marvel Legends.

I’ll give a more in-depth with pics soon...a tad tired now and fighting another head cold so it’s off to beddie-bye
