Haha no problem. It's literally called a hot wire cutter or foam wire cutter. If you go to a shop that sells hobby stuff like model cars, planes, trains, etc., they'll more than likely carry a variety of options. Gamesworkshop sells them, too, but they're probably a little pricey from them. You can get one that's like a jigsaw that you hold by hand and it heats up or one that has a base and you can pass the foam through the hot wire. Depending on how steady your hand is and whether or not you need super straight cuts, the one with a base is the better option for super straight cuts but the hand held one gives you more maneuverability depending on what you're working on. Hot wire is the agreed upon method as the best way to cut foam.
