Batman: Arkham Origins Series 02

I just got mine in the mail yesterday and will be doing a whole week of Arkham themed reviews of at http://www.ThEpicReview.com!

First, I've reviewed Anarky. This guy is just wicked cool and his Molotov cocktail is an amazing accessory. I've had no QC issues with him. He's a really interesting figure. Great sculpt and paint, although his articulation is a little stiff.

Here's the review: http://www.thepicreview.com/2014/03/action-figure-review-anarky-from-batman.html

Just added a third figure for Arkham Week: Series 2 Killer Croc from Arkham Origins. He's reviewed right here: http://www.thepicreview.com/2014/03/action-figure-review-killer-croc-from.html

Let me say that I've had no quality control issues with this guy. I love him!

Man, I love that Anarky figure. DC Collectibles really raised the bar on their quality over the last while. Thanks for the review, BBQ!

No problem, my friend.

Today is day four of Arkham Week and we're joined by Deathstroke: http://www.thepicreview.com/2014/03/action-figure-review-deathstroke-from.html

I will say that I like the sculpt and paint on this guy and while he has more articulation than the previous New 52 version of Slade, he does have some stiff joints in places. He's tough to stand, though, because his hips are loose.

Also, his sword broke on me! Be careful with it!

Today is day five of Arkham Week at ThEpic Review and we present a review of Firefly: http://www.thepicreview.com/2014/03/action-figure-review-firefly-from.html

I love this guy! I really think that he'll end up being the most popular figure in the wave once other collectors realize he's out. He has such a cool look that I could see a variety of videogame toy collectors wanting him just because. Lots of custom potential, too!

Arkham Week had a little delay, but here is the review of Deadshot!: http://www.thepicreview.com/2014/03/action-figure-review-deadshot-from.html

I will say that I love this figure but his arm broke off right out of the package (actually, it was broken off in the tray when I removed him from the package). I've got a replacement coming today so I'll update you guys. I really hope this was a fluke (I'm actually leaning more towards that) rather than DC Collectibles returning to the poorer QC of Arkham City series 4.

I really like that Firefly. Any way you could do a side by side with a DCUC figure, BBQ, if that's not too much to ask? He looks shorter than the standard DCC stuff and I'm wondering if I could weasel him into my collection. Great reviews as always. Keep them coming in!!!

Sucks about Deadshot, man. See this is why I'm not against the "softer plastic" that Mattel used. It's rubbery but I've yet had a figure snap on me except for New 52 Wonder Woman but that was only because her shoulder joint was glued in place and when I twisted it 360, it broke off.

I'm going to be doing a follow up with my replacement Deadshot when I get him in so I'll try to do a shot with Firefly, Deadshot, and a few of the other Arkham crew with some DCUC counterparts. My Deadshot's been delayed in transit, though, due to weather.
