That was pretty amusing. I don't recall seeing that when it aired and I watched SNL a lot back then because it was actually funny. Unlike the last 10 years or so.

First, I meant to say yesterday that was one heck of a Family Matters there. Yep, even in Lucy

Oh yes, I believe very slowly it lost it's classic feel & good humor after Chris Farley passed away  OK, how about this. This was in December of 2000 which was 25 years ago this year. Again, there is more dearth on YT than there should be because unfortunately this is all I could find of this SNL with Val Kilmer but at least some is available :)

Yeah, for some reason I don't recall that episode. Was probably out late on a Saturday night in 2000.

That was ok. I can tell that was a more recent season.

It was but I'm not sure when. Yes, I saw that yesterday, yet another icon from the good past is gone  That was really great there being an insane ax-man & sniper :o

Here's the very first episode from Season in 1959 :o

So random Perfect Strangers trivia I just learned, I was listening to the Pod Meets World podcast last night and they had Bronson Pinchot on, and apparently it was Balki and his Cousin Louie (Anderson). I don't think that show would've worked nearly as well without Mark Linn Baker.

I know I was thinking of doing this one a month or so ago but can't remember if I did or not so sorry if this is a repeat...

How about that Perfect Strangers trivia, I didn't know that. Nope, I don't recall that BMW, that was good. Both Topanga & Angela looked pretty nice there.

Ok, I wanna get back to Top Secret! with Val Kilmer. Keep in mind that this is by the guys that did Airplane & Police Squad/The Naked Gun. First, I couldn't find the scene on YT. There's a really cool but very brief scene of Pac-Man. In fact, in the end credits, they give very special thanks to Namco & Bally Midway which I love that :o

Here's a few clips from the movie.

I love the Resistance scene.

This is great

Yes, Omar Shariff in a comedy

Ok, you know that the late great Michael Gough played Alfred in the Batman Quadrilogy. Well, when he & Val Kilmer were in Batman Forever together in 1995, it was a reunion because they were in Top Secret! together over a decade prior in 1984 :batshock: Plus more funny stuff here

Here's even more hilarious things going on including the late great Peter Cushing :o

I heard that was a funny movie, just never saw for some reason. Those were pretty good. I'm glad I hadn't shown that BMW clip. I know I had planned on it and then something else must've caught my eye. That was only a couple episodes before the two-part series finale which I will get to eventually. Listening to their podcast, Danielle Fishel and Will Freidle said they felt like the producer and writers' wrote that episode as a way to fat shame them because they were told they were gaining too much weight earlier in the season. Hard to believe, she still looks amazing to me. Like Angela said, "curves in all the right places".

Yes, it was pretty funny. I really recommend that you see it sometime ;) Oh I went thru that I'm fat crap many times. It was a big thing to women in the 80s & 90s but seemed like it was slowly fading out in the 2000s and during this day & age it seems to be less of a factor now. Yes, I love that about having the weight and/or curves in the right places. Remember when I posted about Supermodels in movies & commercials a while back :?: Well, I think their great but honestly, I'm not a big fan of super thin women like that and all of the conditioning they have to go through. I really prefer thicker women. Just not because of the curves but it just looks better for many reasons including being healthy. I'll explain this. I couldn't believe it when I read comments on Masters of Pain back in 2015 or so and I'll never ever forget then. This is when I started thinking, I can't believe how guys are now. They were saying how Sasha Banks looks like a dog and Dana Brooke is a fat pig :o I'm like you gotta be kidding be, Dana has a great body, she's muscular and has the weight in all the right places. I'm like these men now :batsmh: :wwsmh: :smsmh: This is when I really started noticing how far different society and how different males have become since My time as a kid & teenager in the 90s  Now women like Bertha Faye & Nia Jax, their pretty overweight but their still good and that's a lot of women there. If you look back at Sensational Sherri, she had a good physique that was ideal thickness. Currently which I've said about Bayley before, she's a great example of being thick and have having the curves & weight in the right places. Now, this video came in My feed after that great Goldberg there that I never seen before. Tapanga talks about her being fat. No way in Sam "Freggin" Heck is she fat, she has a really good body there. She should never diet, she looks superb the way she is :batwink:
