Have not seen that one.

Just found out they're apparently making a Space Balls 2 finally.

It's a good JCVD movie. Amazing. I think they waited to darn long. Spaceballs is an absolute classic and making a sequel during a time when things just aren't as good, they should just leave it alone IMO but who knows, it might be better than what i think :) . As I said in My Horror Topic a while back, I saw Twisters on Peacock which I'll spotlight that in time. When I watched it with My Mom i was like, this generation is so different compared to the on in 96, they wasted ti much time because Helen Hunt is older & Bill Paxton is gone, the movie was decent but not on the the level of Twister  One day I'll day I'll do a spotlight on Spaceballs ;)

Okay, now next from Me is this really good movie from 2011 called WARRIOR starring Tom Hardy & Joel Edgerton which both worked out for these parts especially Hardy :!:

They are brothers in the same MMA fed and look to fight each other :!: Real-life ref Josh Rosenthal is in it.

Nick Nolte plays their father...

and Jennifer Morrison play Joel's wife,

Frank Grillo appears...

and so does Kevin Dunn (no, not that Kevin Dunn).

THE Kurt Angle has a big part, he plays the KOBA...look at him :!:

I remember that coming out but never saw it. I'm interested in a Space Balls sequel. I know modern mainstream humor is lacking something these days due to PC and stuff, but I think that's going to slowly come back around. As long as Mel Brooks is involved I have faith the comedy will be good. I'm curious where there''ll go though. The Sequel Trilogy is ripe for mocking, but I don't know if I'd want to even see those characters being parodied. I guess I'll hold off judging until more about it is known.

Oh it's a terrific movie. It's well done and really has you going. Maybe if Brooks would have the major part of it like he did with the first one then maybe there's hope and yes, there's plenty of materiel from The Force Awakens and the rest of the Sequel Trilogy to make fun :)

Ah, 1993's Rudy.

I've only seen clips of it. Jerry Goldsmith made a wonderful score for it. Here's these Cues that wrote for the film with a beautiful choir :)

Rudy is a pretty good film, though not completely accurate from my understanding.

That's good but is all I know is from what little I seen of it and all of the great music by Goldsmith that I heard from it.

I never seen 99's Any Given Sunday but I sure recall the previews like it was last week.

Well, last night was My Birthday and it was good. Look for a big special in My Recent Acquirements. As a tradition for years with Me, We watch My fave films but sometimes I change it around. I'll be posting a bit of dem in time. So, here's this movie that has it's 25th Anniversary from 2000...it's called Icebreaker :!:

My Grandpa loved this one. It stars Bruce Campbell as a bad guy with a bald head plus Stacey Keach and Sean Astin :!:

Here's the movie for free on YT. Always look for free movies on YT and as always if it's the first time seeing a film, you gotta watch it on large screen to get that full impact.

Never knew that movie existed. I loved Stacy Keach on the sitcom called Titus. May have to find a clip of that soon.

Well don't forget that I posted the whole movie there ;) I never knew about that Teen Titans movie

Okay, now check this. I didn't say it before however I posted Peter Hyams' End of Days from 1999 in My Horror Topic for New Years's (plus others that had Anniversaries including The Burbs and Chuck Norris' Hellbound) which Me & My Mom watched it which is a great movie for New Year's Eve. So, as I said yesterday, I have a tradition for My B-Day of watching My fave movies for about a week. I've been doing this for years & years now. This year I didn't watch My Science Project & Big Trouble in Little China. This time We watched Bloodsport, Cobra and Tango & Cash (I have a special DVD 2 Pack), a Peter Hyams event of Sudden Death and The Relic back-to-back, 1990's Total Recall and 2012's Total Recall back-to-back, Close Encounters of the Third Kind (again, I have a very special connection with this) and 2005's War of the Worlds. I will see about spotlighting some of these soon however I greatly spotlighted The Relic in My Horror Topic a while back though I may revisit some that I spotlighted with additional material. I'm going to do a special on Sudden Death. I noticed Shop 'n Save in the arena, that hit Me hard because the P!andemic ended them and Schnucks took them over. We used to shop at them all the time. Look for some special stuff coming soon :)

Here's this underrated classic from 1985, 40 years ago now

I sure remember seeing this over at Annie Burke's Daughter's Movie Mogul to rent, boy I wanted to see John Candy along with Tom Hanks, it's very good:)

The music was really excellent by the late great James Horner :)

How about that, well it was a good one :) I never knew about The Man with one Red Shoe  The Burbs in My fave Tom Hanks film, I made a big special of it in My Horror plus much more including a big anniversary of Kolchak and My fave Chuck Norris movie called Hellbound. When you get the time check all of that out :) Speaking of Norris, here's this great one that is also one of My fave Norris films that came out in the jam-packed year of of 1983 called Lone Wolf McQuade that stars Norris and David Carradine who himself is a great Martial Artist :)

Here's the trailer.

Here's the excellent opening sequence with the great main title theme :)
