Wrestling Promo of the Day

Oh my God! It's the Karl Gotch of wrestling sections, step inside to catch all the latest on everything else from the defunct to Terry Funk, Dusty Rhodes to Rip Rogers, the Nature Boy to the Natural Born Thrillers to the National Treasure. Vince Russo says, bro, this is the place to be, bro.

I really liked Steamboat as a kid kid even though some of the stuff the WWF made him do seems silly now. I was sad when he disappeared with no explanation. I didn't know he left for another promotion since I never saw WCW nack then.

I loved Steamboat too, back then in My youngster days when I was getting into fighting movies, he was like Bruce Lee to Me, such great times :)

Oh look at that, a young Hogan with Baron von Raschke & Mad Dog Vachon with mean Gene Okerlund in the AWA no less, that was a great one :)

Speaking of a young Hogan, Here's Eddie & Terry Boulder...The Boulder Brothers. This was THE first transition of HULK HOGAN! I must say however, Ed always got the shaft, even as Brutus Beefcake, always was second fiddle

I never saw this vids before. I never really looked into pre-WWF Hogan much, but probably should. I liked Beefcake in the WWE. In later years it felt like he was riding Hogan's coat tails though.

Like I said, second fiddle. The thing is he wasn't that much smaller than Hogan I mean he's 6 ft 4 in and was 274 pounds. That was a cool Brutus promo, he looked really good there too. Now Hogan was Talking about Ron Bass, you just posted Brutus, well here's one that kinda goes with both as "Outlaw" Ron Bass is talking about Brutus in this quite epic interview. I loved this feud back then...Brutus eventually winning it and shaving Bass' head. Again, this interview is quite great :)

I don't recall that feud, or much of Ron Bass honestly.

I loved the interview, the sound alone was terrific! It was a brief feud and after Brutus shaved his head it was basically all over. They had the chance to collide in the 1989 Royal Rumble but Bass got eliminated right away by The Rockers in only 3 seconds thus making it such a missed opportunity. He disappeared soon after. He wasn't a huge name but he wrestled a lot elsewhere and was a good talent.

Ah, the Suicide Blondes. It's so amazing to see Edge & Christian like that to know all of the stuff that they accomplished and how they are now

I know you like Stone Cold Steve Austin. Here he is in his early days in WCW with his then real life wife Lady Blossom...I had a big crush on her then :batwink: The sound here is quite low.

It's always weird seeing him clean shaven with hair.

Lord Alfred as a heel manager in the AWA before his interviewer & commentator days in the WWF...classic :!: Oh wow, Super Destroyer Mark II...that's SGT SLAUGHTER :o

Well that's because you didn't see him much in his early days PB ;) Here's Austin with Madusa when they were part of the Dangerous Alliance...really I like her more than his wife :batwink: Oh and look at Eric Bischoff too

It's funny because he sounds a little like SCSA but not really.
