Thank you very much I can't take the credit for the green mist. The head is a 3D print that purchased off of ebay, and the mist came with it. I did modify the translucent green insert so I could install the LED light.

The base figure is a KO of the 80th anniversary Hulk. A friend custom tailored the pants for me. The black tank top was purchased from ebay it was listed for a muscular 1/6 scale figure. The head is an enlarged Toybiz Smart Hulk head that was resculpted and custom painted by myself. The feet and belt are from the KO Juggernaut. The new boots/feet adds some extra height to the Hulk. I'm pretty happy with the end results. I also made an alternate head that is slightly bigger for a different look.
