Super7 Thread!

Anyone else here digging Super 7's recent reveals? The price is hefty but I'm in for at least Deep Space Homer and a basic Spongebob.

The Simpsons stuff is fun, but I just can't with their prices and the insane amount of possible characters I'd be sucked in to buying. I'll just have to leave Hank Scorpio in the Hammock District.

I think they're doing an interesting thing with the Simpsons line where they're approaching it from such weird angles it's almost encouraging people to cherry-pick. 4/5 figures in that wave are episode-specific. Spongebob will likely be a much smaller line and the first figures are the basic versions of characters. I think it's a clever strategy that doesn't demand World of Springfield-style completionism.

I absolutely preordered Deep Space Homer. I'm tempted on those Itchy & Scratchy bots too.

Again, Super7 isn't My fave company right now as their following suit with Mattel & Hasbro. Insane prices, I couldn't believe how much My Super7 Andre the Giant cost from Sideshow...$55 + big shipping I had money saved up in My Sideshow account to cover the whole transaction but they had to change like most of the rest (whom I am very disappointed in because Sideshow was one of My fave companies of all!) and I had to pay their big shipping fee and that price is absolutely nuts Unfortunately most of these companies among other are all making the same things that has already been made dozens of time before...I don't know how many Batman variants or Luke Skywalkers or Simpsons we need but I'm getting tired of it to be honest

As for the Simpsons, I was never a fan of them but My advise is just collect the old series if you don't have any of those characters, you get 2 or 3 vintage figures for the price of 1 of these

Man, if that Hank Scorpio was $20 I'd be all over ordering, but I can't justify $55. A shame.

Don't get Me wrong, I really like Super7, I may show My MOTUC and more I got of theirs later down the road
