That's right. I can't speak for all the books, but I did enjoy the first book back in '91. The artwork wasn't bad and the story was good for what it was. I've been meaning to read the other two. Robin is supposed to have a decent role on the third one. They also did Superman and Batman Versus Alien and Predator which I haven't read yet but the artwork looks top notch.

I felt like it followed very much the same vibe as when Batman takes on any meta-human opponent so in my opinion, it worked well.

Yeah, the initial Batman Versus Predator books aren't bad. Amethyst's summary is spot-on; it's like any given comic where Batman faces a meta-human foe, only it happens to be The Predator.

If you can find the absolutely bat-crap gonzo-nuts Batman Versus Aliens 2, it's definitely worth the read, if only for being the most hilariously over-the-top comic you will ever read.

For the record, Predator also fought Superman, The Terminator (and Aliens, at the same time), The Darkness and Witchblade, Magnus the Robot Fighter, Tarzan, Judge Dredd (this one is awesome), and the whole JLA.

Batman vs. Predator's first book was my fave out of the bunch. Really didn't like the other two as much. didn't know about Predator and Tarzan. That sounds crazy. I'll have to read it haha.

They never made a part 2... it was made in the hopes that the studios would take the hint and make a feature length film...
