Oh, jeez! You got alot going on there! Too daring and advanced for my abilities. I'm mostly head cast paint jobs to elevate the figure a few notches. I give you credit! Not really sure about the movie-styled head. I really wanted a cool comic styled Hulk and the different heads make him more versatile.
I really wish one of these companies would get the rights to a Lou Ferrigno Hulk figure...or even a 70's TV show live action Spiderman figure

See for me, you’re doing something I’m scared to do; casts of heads or weapons...is it difficult?

I have never done any casting, personally. I always buy my casts from some of the casting sites or ebay. I would love to learn how, though.

It's actually pretty easy but it's got a lot of toxic vapors involved. I would definitely do it in a garage or outdoors if that's possible.

Don't you also need some kind of a vacuum chamber to suck out all the air, in the molds, so you don't get tiny bubbles permanently in the casts, Acid?
