Another one that I have planned for awhile. Y'know the more you do, the more you still have left.....

Digger was made from the wave 18 Boomer. I took the jacket off and resculpt the hair and hat. I added the skirt with duct tape and used Milliput for the sash.

I know that OMAC did not get a ton of love from the community, but I was thrilled when they announced him. Don't tell anyone, but I dig the obscure....
Anyway, I wanted a companion piece for OMAC, so I made a Global Peace Agent from a Question.
