Yeah, they look like the ice effect to me. Not the greatest adaptation, but close enough for me, and I need this guy to complete my set. I like the accessories a lot (Joker head and axe hand). Wish he was cheaper, but at least this is the last big guy from the Arkham games.

Yeah, despite those ice shards I preordered this guy as soon as I could. He looks really, really cool. I've got Solomon Grundy on his way to me right now and that will actually be my first of the oversized DCC figures. Well, I had a Croc but he broke right out of the package and I returned him. Things seem much better now, though.
