I'm definitely thinking

1. Electrocutioner- The Arkham lines just do so well.
2. Copperhead- Ditto
3. lady Shiva - Ditto, ditto
4. An Owl- You know, a basic guy in a suit with a mask. Why not? Those dudes and ladies were pretty popular
5. Batwing- It's criminal this guy doesn't have a figure made of him.
