Tonight is WWE Saturday Night's Main Event XXXVII, it's been such a long awaitef return...too long perhaps because it's been over a decade now




Now this is actually going to be on NBC like the old great fun days when this event had so many great moments however it will also be on Peacock so i consider this still a PLE which I'm glad of that. So you people that has a DVR can watch this live or just a bit after it happens. Seems nobody here is watching current WWE Programming which a lot of great stuff has happen over the months as you can see within this very great Topic of Mine so this event is a can't miss especially since it's been so long there's been a SNME

THE CARD: These matches will be very good

Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Kevin Owens for the WWE Championship & WWE Universal Championship: So the tweener Owens is finally going to fight Cody, does he have a chance of winning the title



Gunther (c) vs. Damian Priest vs. Finn Bálor in a Triple Threat Match for the World Heavyweight Championship[:/b] Since [b]Balor is now feuding with Preist and Damian ain't finished with "The Ring General", this is going to be epic



Liv Morgan (c) vs. IYO SKY for the Women's World Championship: The women have really been great here & in NXT, I'm all for IYO here



Michin vs. Chelsea Green in WWE Women's United States Championship Tournament Final Match for THE FIRST EVER WWE Women's United States Championship: This is a dream come true...only in a WWE 2K Video Game could you make bonus Titles like this and I don't think many people are getting the gravity of this situation With that being said, I really hope that Michin wins this and becomes the first ever WWE US Champ, she's been very hot lately in looks and winning



Drew McIntyre vs. Sami Zayn: Wow, this one is going to be a good too no matter who wins

SNME was always a must-see, there was few shows on TV as fun as that IMO and this new one was a must-see as well Packer. As I have posted here, WWE has been doing a lot of fun of stuff especially in NXT. I'll post the SNME themes & more in time but for now here's this to loop

Jesse "The Body" Ventura returns...it was great having him back here, it was similar like old times. WATCH & LISTEN



Pay Mcaffee returns, now with gray hair showing his natural color. I like that when a man (or woman) shows his or her true colors like that.



Here's the highlights. I thought it was a great retro event but no titles changed hands. I did notice that this felt much different than past WWE PLEs in recent times or even longer. They tried to make it as retro as possible. Now here's an odd yet important note and many people probably didn't catch what Ventura said before he called the Cody bout with Cole & Mcaffee, and a lot of younger plebians & noobs wouldn't know this but I'm a wrestling fantastic & historian so you can't put it past Me. Jesse said that his Snake Jacket is actually Jake's snake, Daminan I was like are we supposed to forget back in 91 when Earthquake squashed his snake in his bag in the middle of the ring then live on WWF Prime Time Wrestling, Earthquake made his "Quake-burgers" which were actually the snake Earquake did have the skin with him and of course it was all kayfabe but it's part of the story on a very memorable episode. I watched it tons of times back in the day. Either Ventura didn't know this, got the skin from Earthquake or they want to rewrite WWF/WWE history I don't know which one it is but I was like...



Many legends were here including Lillian Garcia announcing every match and in the crowd was "The Birdman" Koko B. Ware, Tito Santana, Greg "The Hammer" Valentine & Jimmy "The Mouth of the South" Hart Cody's gift from HHH was a reimaged WWE Eagle Championship from the late 80s to the late 90s Here's the highlights

I forgot about it. By the time my son's hockey game ended and I went to the Dollar Tree for wrapping accessories, it was the start of the main event with Cody coming out. I was pleasantly surprised to hear the Body on color commentary and to see Lillian Garcia in the ring. The match was ok. Nothing amazing.

Gosh, the event was anticipated for months and I've been posting about it here for a while, shame you didn't see the whole thing Packer I've done that before about Dollar Tree, that is the way to go Yes it was, it was like old times...almost. I knew about Jesse going to be there but didn't about Garcia then again, she did show up a while back...she still looks pretty nice. The matches went by quick which was a very fast hour and a half and like I said, this event felt different overall. Now as I said at the end there, their going to have another one next month, you ain't gonna want to miss that because it happens right before the Royale Rumble so make sure you DVR it

So tonight is WWE Saturday Night's Main Event, this is the second one since it's return and the first of the year which this is a can't miss. You can't say I haven't been giving you the heads up because I've posted about this many times.

So, WWE Saturday Night's Main Event has happen and it was very decent and really felt retro. Jesse "The Body" Ventura was there once again. Many legends were there like "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DIBiase, Alundra Blaze, Mark Henry, "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan and even Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard The Brainbusters Your gonna see some great pics I made from the event including the stats and the announcers

THE CARD: Like last year, there's only 4 matches so it's a rather simple event.



"The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Kevin Owens in a Ladder match for the WWE Championship & WWE Universal Championship: This will be great match. I can't wait to see the two belts hanging high above the ladder which I suspect Cody to be the one to do it




#DIY (Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa) (c) vs. The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) in a Best Two Out Of Three Falls Tag Team Match for the WWE Tag Team Championship: Wow, this is gonna be radical. I've talked about The Motor City Machine Guns many times here since they made it to the WWE but I guess nobody here is excited about them and finally #DIY is on a PLE This match is truly one not to miss no matter who wins



Women's Royal Rumble match: This will be THE match to see of the whole PLE. As I've said before, the women's division has been very hot in the WWE in recent times so it's an absolute no-brainer to check this out. Charlottee Flair is back so there's a chance she may wine. I hope there's gonna be a few surprises




Men's Royal Rumble match: This will be excellent. If you're a fan of CM Punk then you should not want to miss this because this is his second chance to win and go to Wrestlemainia. If you followed WWE since the previous RR then you know how Drew McIntyre cost him that chance. I think tonight will be different. I can't wait for Roman Reigns to show up, that will be awesome, and I hope there's a couple surpsises as well

So the Royal Rumble has happened and I felt it was a great event. This was the first time ever that it was on the day before Groundhog Day and I watched it on Groundhog Day's Morning I was very excited about it from beginning to end. If you didn't get the chance to see it yet then head on to Peacock otherwise here comes the highlights and results. The show opened with a very busty Stephanie McMahon (I'm glad of that, as I said before recently, hopefully there's teenage boys & guys going gaga over the revealing women in wrestling like during the days of the Attitude Era) saying how this is the biggest Royal Rumble of all-time



First, there's been this thing with YouTuber ISHOWSPEED. He showed up before in the WWE and I was like...



So HHH invited him to the RR, search Me why they've been doing this



Of course, they wouldn't get some YouTuber who actually has wrestling experiences and knows the sport as much as the pros such as the original Ring of Honor's Brian Zane...



and Josh Innes who wrestles and makes great wrestling themes





Like a lot of today's society, the WWE never acknowledges the real & true talent So, Akira Tozawa gets his spot in the Rumble robbed by ISHOWSPEED thanks to Carmelo Hayes. There was a person on Twitter/X said their never watching WWE ever again because of this. Well, I quit watching WWE long ago before over something way worse than this. These people of this generation He was probably one-dimensionally thinking and NOT thinking of WHY WWE did this. If this plebian put 2+2 together than he should have loved that BRON BREAKKER SHOWED HIM SPEED WHEN HE RAN OVER 23 MPH & SPEARED HIM I loved this moment and that Breakker eliminated him then Otis caught him and threw him over the announcer's table I thought that this was a superbly well done moment that the joke was on this ISHOWSPEED who has no business in a wrestling ring when there's way better talent out there



The Women's Royal Rumble was superbly fun. There was a great number of beauties here. Roxanne Perez looked really hot and the Suprise of Trish Stratus looked great. Jordynne Grace is signed by the WWE now. I was surprised that Jaida Parker & Lash Legend appeared. It was great seeing IYO SKY & Guilia together plus Stepanie Vaquer joinng her NXT partner Guilia. Alexa Bliss showed how the Internet was wrong. Charolette really looks different now and she won while Perez made an all-time record and I love the new stats at the bottom of the screen



The match with #DIY & The Motor City Machine Guns was great but the climax was very bittersweet




The ladder spots in the Cody vs. Owens match was really insane



The Men's Royal Rumble was terrific. I was very surprised that Rey Mysterio was first and that Penta was second and we got that match this fast I didn't expect Joe Hendry. It was great with the last several guys in the ring I mean it was all the big ones like AJ Styles, Punk, Roman, Rolins, Cena, McIntyre, Knight & Jey Uso. This was one of the best Rumbles EVER I'm kinda glad that Uso won and NOT Cena as Uso is so established now, let somebody like that win for a change

I thought that this was a solid event and was very thrilling and I'm grateful that I watched it. Next up is NXT Vengeance Day which will be super fun...

I actually watched most of the Rumble. Well, I had it on at least. I wasn't really blown away by the show. I surprised Jey Uso won. I didn't see him as WM main eventer, but I've been out of the loop so long. I liked that they didn't doo much nostalgia appearances in the Rumble but at the same time it felt like the surprises were underwhelming.
