RIP April 18, 1925 - July 28, 2014

Bob Hastings provided the iconic voice of Commissioner Jim Gordon in Batman: The Animated Series and its various spinoffs in the DC animated universe, such as Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, Superman: The Animated Series, The New Batman Adventures and various video game spin-offs. :batsad:

Indeed. I'm sure I'm not the only one who after hearing his version, heard his voice whenever I read Jim Gordon's dialogue in the comics...

Oh man, I just recently heard of this. Where have I been lately? RIP Bob Hastings, you set the standard and icon for Commissioner Gordon and won't be forgotten.
