That was a pretty grim ending to the Arrow premiere.

Yeah the ending actually pisses me off. Nice that it ties in with the Flash but would've made more sense chronologically if I saw them the other way around.

I thought the first half wasn't bad and then, for me at least, it just took a big nose dive to poopville. They're lucky they ended it on a cliffhanger or I wouldn't even bother watching the next episode after that.

Personally I didn't think the episode was that bad. I liked it overall. The ending was just so shocking. Ray Palmer seems more like a cross between Ray Palmer and Ted Kord. It's like they wanted Kord but couldn't get Kord for some reason.

I thought it was good. I thought the ending was sad but it makes sense why they did certain things to lead up to it. The villain was lackluster and that's weird because it was Peter Stormare and I like that guy. I just think the choice of villain was stupid.

Okay yeah, that's another thing. I thought for sure Stormare was Black Mask and then it turns out he's a new Count Vertigo with a dash of Scarecrow. That was just nothing to me...

It was a good start but I think that Flash was a tough act to follow. All in all, I liked the episode and I think the Hong Kong stuff is going to be really interesting to watch. I guess this means that Laurel is probably going to be the new Canary now.
