Once, in San Diego in the mid 1980's and she was very nice to talk to. I've talked to her along with other fans about 20 minutes at a Convention Center and got her autograph on the backside of my business card at work. I still have that card and a year later got her autograph on a picture that I will be sharing it later on this thread!
