Joe's Custom Fun updates pg 3

Postby HectorHall » Fri Apr 11, 2014 8:04 pm

My nephew Joe started customizing when he was in high school. He would bring his own figures over and we would sit across the table customizing and shootin' the breeze. He got real good. Honestly, I think he got better than me, strue. Then he went off to college, leaving the childish things behind, like his uncle. I was over at my sister's and I took a few shots of his work. I thought I would start sharing them with you guys. Starting with his Parallax Kyle. He had an affinity for all things Green Lantern, especially Kyle.

This is Joe's Bolphunga the Unrelenting.
He made him out of an Andre the Giant wrestling figure.

Joe certainly has an eye for customizing...he should pick it back up, or doesn't he know it's cool to be a geek now...he could even say he's a retro-geek; 2 cools for the price of one!

Those are all pretty cool. Prometheus is definitely someone I want to try soon, just not looking forward to all those round bumps on his armor, lol.

Agreed, I have a figure set aside for the attempt but for some reason I just haven't worked up the gumption
