In addition to flight, super strength, speed it differs a little... he has radioactive vision (x-ray vision), solar vision (heat vision) and is vulnerable to irradiated pieces of his planet called Terranite (another name for Earth) it won't kill him, it just takes his powers away making him an ordinary human. Also exposure to the red sun of Krypton has turned his eyes red, he uses an "image inducer" to give him the appearance of normal eyes.

Through the centuries there have been many Guardian's of the Ram Stone... Eldor, The Faceless One but this particular one is from the island of Anwat-Gar, in his ceremonial Ram Stone Temple garb. His name... Twis-Tor, Guardian of the Ram Stone and brother to Sy-Klone and shares the same abilities to manipulate the winds.
