Way too cool. I feel bad for the guy with a kite strapped to his back going up against a Sinestro Corps member. Probably not going to end well....

Here's a little something I did while watching paint dry on Kite Man....

I named him Green Lantern Desouned (disowned)...

INGREDIENTS:
- DCUC GL Hal body
- DCUC RL Nitlicht head, upper armor, tendrils and hands
- repainted the GL body to be a shade darker
- repainted the ring GL colors with added light, neon green for the rings center (to make it appear as glowing)
- cut and cauterized tendrils in back of head and hands as well
- being from a warrior race who generally hates everyone, he has a brother that's a member of the Red Lantern Corps and Desouned turned his back to his old ways, by removing and cauterizing the tendrils in his hands and back, tools of the killing trade as well as a way to display his private collection of victims. Because of this new idealism and courage, Desouned was rewarded with a power ring from the Green Lantern Corps to combat evil in all it's forms; as well as his own brother

Best I could come up with the extra parts I had...

Very nice figure. The nice thing about the Green Lantern Corps is the freedom it allows your imagination. Cool back story that you came up with.

Thanks PB and Hector! That's the best thing about this hobby; imagination + variety = awesomeness!!! I love looking at everybody's customs too and am always looking daily!
