That reminds me of Child World. Not all of them were like that. One near us was in a plaze so it was just a regular outside. The other was freestanding next to a mall so it looked like a castle. I couldn't find an image of it, but this one is pretty similar.

Hard to believe they've been gone for over 3 years.

I know what you mean, Toy Chest went out in around 1991, it's still a very sad moment  That was a great Toy City Commercial, here's this one that was in My feed :)

I had that ALF. I can still remember how the fur felt all these years later.

That's a jingle I'll always remember. That was a good commercial, too. Very 80s.

Yep, it sure is :) Some of the best looking women were from that decade. Oh, I recall that Wrigley Double Mint. That was in 1993, i saw that a ton of times during WWF Programming, a very good one :)

Here's this Juicy Fruit from 1989 however this variant is from 1991. I recall this like it was last week..."The Taste Is Gonna Move You "

Ah, gum commercials. I've told stories of how I would walk to the 7-11 at the corner of my grandma's street. One of the things I was always sure to buy were a couple of these. At .05 cents each back then, who wouldn't? My kids get them from time to time and just kind of groan at the comics.

Yes, I recall your story PB :) Shame nobody else shares they stories here. That was a good one there, I sure recall Bazooka Bubble Gum. Here's this superb Bubblicious from 1984 :)

Man, those Bazooka Joe comics really bring me back. Days of going to the convenience store with my grandma when I was a little twerp to buying a couple at the transit station shop while waiting for my bus in my teen years.
