Pathavim Seth Ottarak is one of those Lanterns that I really do not know anything about and I find it odd to see this Lantern having one large legs or a messy attempt in creating an odd fin like a mermaid. I just find this rather odd and looks really weird and rightfully cool.

Green Lantern Pathavim Seth Ottarak is one of those GL that I have no idea that this one exists. Even so, you've said it is a bit messy and all that and I can say this is the weirdest GL that I ever came across and seeing your reference photos ... it's pretty darn good likeness.

He definitely is one of the weirdest ones I’ve seen too! I had thoughts of trying to make the “feet” more of a fish tail to match the art, but stuck to the plan you see before you...it works
