Look like Jamm got a belt from a vintage GI Joe Doll but anyway I was amused by all this figure and it's actually pretty cool and a very nice job on the paint.

Thought he was the son of Saturn? I honestly have no idea who that is. And I don't feel that's a bad thing, lol. He looks xtremez so I'm guessing he's a product of that time in the 90's I stopped reading comics.

Thanks a lot you guys...yeah he was accidentally transported to the 31st center where he met the Legion and used his newfound powers to make people do whatever he said; which wasn't anything heroic...he made Shadow Lass strip in front of a few members, just to see if he really had the power..dick. They couldn't wait to send him back to the 90's and did as soon as they could.
