I was puttering around the collection and decided to do some shelf cleaning. That was when it occurred to me that I had done several customs amidst my Secret Wars collection. First pic is the group shot

Next up is my Wrecking Crew. These were done more than 10 years ago so the recipes are a little fuzzy
Wrecker - Doc Ock
Bulldozer - Kang
Thunderball - Cap?
Piledriver - Doc Ock body with a Toybiz Morph head and the hands from...?

Doom and his Doombots.
The lack of capes annoyed me so I made one for Dr. Doom from an old shower curtain (ok a small piece of one). I had an extra Doom, so I took off the details on his chest and painted the eyes a glowing red. Doom was not a hard figure to get loose, so I did that three more times to complete his cadre of Doombots

Nomad was made from Cap, appropriately enough.
Stingray was made from a Spiderman

Nova was made from Magneto
Constrictor was a European release figure that I did not want to pay the going rate for. So I made my own from Daredevil.
War Machine was made from Iron Man

Giant Man was made using a Toy Biz Giant Man from the box set Avengers. They did release him as a chase in the Legends series, but once again I was happy to make my own. Come to think of it, saying screw you to inflated secondary market prices was a good motivator to hone my customizing skills :D I figured his scale and lack of articulation (compared to what Legends were sporting) made him a good fit with the Secret Wars figures.
Yellow Jacket was made from a Falcon (I think he is my favorite, but don't tell the others...it's a SECRET!)
Last guy was made from a Magneto. I made him up, don't know what to call him Dr.X? Anybody got a suggestion?

Let me know what you think

Loved these figures - Hector!

About the last figure - Dr. X - How about calling him the X-Guardian
The Helmet of Fate, Amulet of Anubis, and the Cloak of Destiny Awaits You!

Doctor Fate and Fate of the World ... are the same person ... the reason for two accounts is to add more photographs to this forum.
