Head ID

Anyone recognizes this head? It's a 1/12 head from Star Wars Geek but it's out of stock and I can't figure out who the head is from. It looks like maybe a Peter Parker, but I can't identify who.

Hmmm, I don't know, man. I looked through every figure from 2012 through 2022. I might have missed it but I didn't see it on any of the figures or as an alt-head on a figure. Maybe it's Marvel Select or from a wave older than 2012 or even not Marvel at all? :O

Someone on hisstank thought it might be this Buffy figure, it looks pretty close.
