I think it was confirmed he wasn't. There was a lot of confusion after the SDCC reveal because he's huge and has a lot of new parts, but Crossbones in the same wave tells me he isn't. Even if it's movie Crossbones, it's likely they'll be sharing at least the lower torso and legs.

Don't like movie figures but Crossbones looks pretty damn cool. Plus I'm sure he'll have some assortment of weapons.

I saw pics somewhere just a few days ago of the Civil War assortment, and movie Falcon and Vision were in it, but the scale wasn't clear. They looked like 6" but........

Well, that really puts a dent in that rumored wave. Wonder where the leaked one came from, and if any of it's legitimate.

Nice Black Panther. I'm not seeing Civil War, but that might be worth a buy.

So looks like the Cap wave is movie Cap, IM, Panther and comic versions of old white Nick Fury, Nuke, and Red Guardian. The BAF is movie Giantman, which looks like a giant Antman. Good news for me. Don't care about the BAF so I can skip the movie half of this wave.

No female figures? Lame. Maybe that means we're seeing Civil War Wave 3. Or maybe a couple of those leaked figures are splits - Nuke/Crossbones, Red Guardian/Captain Britain? Still kind of a weak wave. Movie Panther and classic Fury will go over well, though.
