OK, so I don't know how many of the folks here know Talon Soulbender, whose real name is Keli'i Ako, but I figured since this is partly a customizing site then chances are good that someone knows him. That's why I felt like I needed to let everyone here know.

Yesterday, our friend Talon lost a battle with Stage 4 Cancer. He went to God peacefully; he fell asleep Tuesday night and didn't wake up, leaving this mortal plain around 10 AM Hawaii time yesterday.

I hope that someone here knows him, and I apologize if I've wasted anyone's time.

Oh no, that's a shame. I'm definitely familiar with his customs. Especially his GLs and Zoom, but I was unaware of his battle with cancer. Thanks for letting us know, Terry.

May he find serenity and comfort where ever he walks now.

Mourning a loss is never a waste of time. I don't think I ever had direct contact with Talon but always admired his work from a distance. At least he passed in his sleep. I hope it was as painless as possible.
